AMC & MANAGED SUPPORT
Annual Maintenance Contracts, preventive care, and structured technical support for your infrastructure.
CARE BEYOND GO-LIVE
Maintenance should be planned before a fault disrupts your business. Our AMC approach starts with an agreed asset list, a clear support scope, and a practical schedule for preventive checks and issue escalation.
Scheduled checks of covered equipment, configuration backups, physical condition, and recurring infrastructure issues.
A defined route to log incidents, assess impact, troubleshoot faults, and coordinate an onsite visit when required.
Maintain a covered-equipment inventory and coordinate warranty or OEM escalation where included in the agreement.
Record maintenance visits, incidents, actions, and lifecycle recommendations so your team can plan ahead.
A CONTRACT THAT FITS YOUR OPERATIONS
Every AMC is scoped to the covered assets and your operating requirements.

Coverage hours, response targets, onsite visits, replacement parts, consumables, and OEM support are defined in the signed agreement. Comprehensive and non-comprehensive options depend on asset eligibility and assessment.
AMC QUESTIONS
Networks, firewalls, wireless systems, racks, surveillance, telephony, and power backup can be assessed for coverage. The final asset list, equipment condition, and service eligibility are confirmed before the contract begins.

Support windows and escalation coverage are agreed for your environment. Any 24-hour coverage, response targets, and onsite commitments must be included in your service agreement.
Share your equipment list, locations, existing warranties, and current support needs. The next step is a baseline assessment and a proposed coverage plan.
A DOCUMENTED HANDOVER
The final delivery scope is agreed before work begins. Typical documentation can include:
